Troy Hale's 1996 FRC modified, winner of the Inaugural race at the famed Deer Creek Speedway with himself behind the wheel. It is our pleasure to recognize one of the true unsung hero's of the MN/IA DIrt Track community.
Troy can be found Wrenching on his two Son's cars every Saturday night at DCS, where he was the first to claim a piece of history.
