Back to 1989, early days for IMCA's Modified Division and one of the veterans that gravitated to it. Bill Davis became the first Back-to-Back National Champion in the Modifieds beginning in 1989 with this Bob Harris Enterprises (Harris Auto Racing) Chassis. and claiming a 2nd title in 1990.
